We gather in ritual to release and garner the wisdom and challenges of winter and ignite the inner flame to inspire and activate a new vision for ourselves..

-This time is also known as 'Brigit's Day', in honor of the great Irish/Celtic Goddess Brigit, Goddess of the Triple Flames of inspiration, healing, poetry, and smith-craft, a healer, midwife, and poet.
She offers wisdom, power and support on our purpose and creative projects.
We will draw upon the wisdom and strength of the Goddess Brigid and reawaken her within as we embody her archetype as a symbol of feminine power, strength, viguor and virtue.
-This is a high holy day for self-initiations and a time to devote yourself to the Divine and your spiritual path. This is also a powerful gateway for intuitive and visionary work and to seek inspiration and oracular wisdom.

-We mark and honor the transition and alchemical transformation from death to rebirth, the beginning of the end of winter, and the birth of spring.
