Day 1: Facing what has kept you Small Tues June 16
This is where we begin.
In this session we journey beneath the fear, beneath the self-doubt, beneath the familiar stories of "I'm not ready" and "Who am I to do this?" Together we uncover the deeper patterns that keep so many gifted women standing at the edge of their own becoming.
We explore the three layers most women carry without even realizing it. The conscious story. The core belief. The ancestral imprint. And we begin, gently and powerfully, to move it.
Day 2: Clearing what has kept you hidden COMING
Reclaiming your voice and leadership
Once we have named the stories that have kept us standing at the threshold, the next step is learning how to move beyond them.
In this session we work directly with the patterns that keep women hidden, second-guessing themselves, and holding back their gifts. Through embodiment practices, somatic tools, and guided reflection, you will begin to reconnect with your own inner knowing, strengthen your self-trust, and access the grounded confidence that emerges when you stop looking outside yourself for permission.
This is where the shift stops being something you understand and becomes something you feel.
Day 3: Embodying the Leader Within COMING
Crossing the threshold into your next chapter
On our final day together we move from insight into embodiment.
Drawing on the transformative power of ritual and the energy of the Summer Solstice, we enter a sacred ceremony of release, rebirth, and empowerment together. You will discover why ritual has been used for thousands of years to mark life's most important transitions, and how it can become one of the most powerful tools in your own leadership.
This is not a lesson. It is an initiation. Stop waiting. Trust your voice. Take your next step.
