-Align the creative power of our Wombs with Mother Earth and receive Her healing to ground and manifest with clarity and intuition. Reclaim the magic and wellness of our intuitive womb wisdom with a womb clearing meditation.
-Replenish our body temples and re-pattern our thought process to receive self-care, nurturance, and soul nourishment's as we allow ourselves to be supported and recommit to feeding our feminine first. Release patterns of overgiving and over-responsibility so that we can be empowered to take action from a centered place.
-Embrace the shadows of unworthiness, abandonment, busyness, not-enoughness, fear and scarcity consciousness. Seeing how they block us from our heart wisdom and feminine power.
- Nurture our bodies with sacred movements and mudras for womb health and Earth connection.
