On this ritual Solstice call we will explore:
~ Guided meditation, embodiment, and ritual to align with the wisdom of the darkest night of the year. This is a moment to release what no longer serves, honor what is complete, and create space for what is ready to be born.
~Reflecting on all that has transpired this year and our process with it....honoring its blessings, challenges and medicine. Metabolizing our grief, disappointment, disillusionment, loss, and betrayal....to enter into deeper TRUST that whatever is manifesting is serving our wholeness and awakening.
~ Releasing old patterns and outdated beliefs. Tapping into the energy of the Solstice to support you in letting go of what no longer aligns, clearing space for new growth, alignment, and purpose.
~ Work with Archetypal Energies
Call upon the wisdom of the Queen of Death to surrender all that is complete, allowing for a shamanic ego death. Then, invite the nurturing embrace of the Great Mother to guide you through the shadow of unworthiness and into a rebirth of self-worth and empowerment.
