This is an opportunity to continue to work together over 3-5 months in 6 sessions and go deeper into the shadow aspects of who you are underneath the layers and issue so that you can truly get to know and name the parts of you that are disempowered and leaking your energy. Allowing you to embrace and accept yourself more fully and create a clear strategy and practices for change, empowerment, and confidence. This is a commitment to yourself to go the distance and recognize what is asking for greater awareness and transformation in your life while being supported and held accountable. We work with guided meditation, embodiment practices, shadow work, archetypal psychology, and spiritual alchemy. This makes each session $200 instead of the usual $220
